Product Manager (AI)

Location: New York City headquarters; remote Fridays are available for employees working from the NYC HQ.

Base salary: $150,000–$180,000 per year, plus equity and potential annual performance bonus.

hirify.global is a cybersecurity company developing an API-first platform that detects deepfakes and AI-generated video, audio, imagery, and text for enterprises, financial institutions, governments, and other regulated customers.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for a deepfake detection product, prioritizing customer needs, emerging threats, and technical feasibility.
• Translate enterprise and government customer needs into requirements and shipped features across APIs, SDKs, web applications, and integrations.
• Partner with AI Research and the Red Team to turn model improvements and threat findings into customer-facing capabilities with measurable accuracy, latency, and adoption outcomes.
• Define and track usage, activation, retention, detection performance, revenue, and expansion metrics to guide product decisions.
• Support Sales and Solutions Engineering with strategic deals, security reviews, and customer validations, and partner with Marketing on positioning, launches, and competitive differentiation.
• Work with Engineering and Partnerships on integrations with communications, identity, and collaboration platforms, including compliance and procurement conversations with regulated and public-sector buyers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with a technical B2B product such as an API, developer platform, or security tool.
• Experience shipping ML or AI products, with technical fluency to work with researchers and engineers on accuracy, false positives, latency, and cost tradeoffs.
• Experience selling into or building for enterprise buyers and comfort communicating with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Strong product judgment, including prioritizing with incomplete information, making clear tradeoffs, and explaining decisions.
• Excellent written communication for product specifications, roadmaps, and updates.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, identity verification, or trust and safety.
• Familiarity with audio, video, or real-time communications technologies such as telephony, WebRTC, or conferencing platforms.
• Experience selling to government or highly regulated customers, or working at a Series A/B startup where scope regularly outpaces headcount.
