Appraisal Project Manager (Insurance Property)

Location: Fully remote within the United States, or based out of offices in Metairie, Louisiana; Malvern, Pennsylvania; or Marietta, Georgia. U.S. Persons Only due to ITAR export-control requirements.

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Enter, verify, dispatch, and proactively manage insurance property appraisal assignments, including cycle times and service-level agreements.
• Maintain detailed claim-file documentation, update statuses, and communicate project progress proactively to clients.
• Assign, manage, and monitor field appraisal teams while maintaining consistent communication with field personnel.
• Review appraisal reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Process invoices according to contractual requirements and maintain supporting documentation.
• Provide customer service, identify operational issues, and support process improvements in collaboration with Quality Assurance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Xactimate and Xactanalysis.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accurate, thorough file documentation.
• Ability to collaborate and share job-management responsibilities in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, web browsers, and PDF tools, with the ability to quickly learn internal systems.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR requirements.
