Technical Project Analyst (eDiscovery)

Location: Remote, United States of America; listed office location: Overland Park, Kansas. Sunday–Thursday schedule with extended hours as needed during increased client project loads.

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 USD annually, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Serve as the daily point of contact for client and internal stakeholder requests across assigned matters.
• Obtain, examine, prepare, and process client-supplied data using Relativity Processing.
• Provide troubleshooting and routine support for Relativity Processing, workspaces, data workflows, and client deliverables.
• Track and report project progress, risks, decisions, and deliverables across multiple hirify.global departments.
• Investigate data and delivery issues, communicate impact and next steps, and escalate when necessary.
• Coordinate handoffs across project management, operations, technical groups, and clients while maintaining accurate, high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant eDiscovery and litigation support experience with a law firm, corporate legal department, or eDiscovery service provider.
• Strong technical aptitude with database programs, text editors, processing tools, and review platforms.
• Working knowledge of Relativity, including Fields, Choices, Views, Layouts, RDC Import/Export, searching, STRs, Imaging/OCR Sets, and related workspace functions.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to oversee multiple concurrent workflows while maintaining accurate records.
• Strong client service, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Sound judgment, prioritization, issue resolution, escalation, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team-based environment.
• Availability for a Sunday–Thursday schedule and extended hours when required by client project loads.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
