Senior M365 Productivity Systems Analyst

Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. citizenship is required. No security clearance is required at hire, but selected applicants must undergo a U.S. Government security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Salary: USD $126,862–$137,269 per year.

What you will do

• Provide advanced troubleshooting, triage, and direct resolution for Microsoft 365 support tickets involving SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and productivity applications.
• Administer Dynamics 365 environments, including user management, security roles, environment configuration, business units, and solution deployment coordination.
• Design, configure, maintain, and govern SharePoint sites, Teams workspaces, and related collaboration solutions in the GCC-High tenant.
• Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 compliance, security, lifecycle, and governance policies with IT governance teams.
• Plan and execute Microsoft 365 feature rollouts, change-management communications, user adoption initiatives, health-notice responses, and end-user training.
• Coordinate incident escalation, demand prioritization, digital workplace modernization projects, Dynamics 365 integrations, documentation, and administrative automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Administration, or a related field plus 8 years of related experience, or a master's degree plus 6 years of related experience.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform.
• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 administration, including environment management, security roles, business units, and solution deployment concepts.
• Strong experience managing tickets in the ServiceNow cloud environment.
• Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Platform lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing and troubleshooting incidents involving Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders, along with the ability to write clear technical documentation and user-facing guides.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, act as a frontline resolution point, collaborate with team members, and learn and apply new technologies quickly.
• Strong working knowledge of AI tools and the ability to apply them to issue resolution and recommended actions.
