UiPath Analyst & Designer (RPA)

Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Salary: $108,175–$120,000 annually, with a possible annual bonus and benefits depending on the position.

What you will do

• Analyze business and IT processes and gather requirements through interviews, workshops, and existing documentation.
• Define the automation roadmap and design solution architectures for the RPA organization.
• Assess processes, conduct feasibility studies, and score automation suitability.
• Deliver automation enhancements and projects across Order to Cash, Salesforce, DPG, and Oracle Fusion applications.
• Coordinate business users, QA, offshore vendors, GTS, and other business units to deliver high-quality automations.
• Define technology and organizational impacts, manage stakeholder expectations, and support business process change.

Requirements

• Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• UiPath certification or certification in an equivalent robotic process automation tool.
• At least 5 years of experience implementing enterprise business systems in large global organizations.
• Experience implementing large-scale robotic process automations.
• Expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and administrator activities.
• Thorough knowledge of Document Understanding and machine learning models.
• Experience with screen scraping, data scraping, and UI automation selectors.
• API experience, including REST and SOAP, and exception handling.
• Experience aligning technology with strategic business goals and understanding automation development and testing lifecycles.
• Knowledge of business processes and their impact on financial processes; experience with offshore or outsourcing development and support models.
• Analytical, decision-making, judgment, leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to work cross-functionally in agile or hybrid environments.
• Authorization to work for any employer within the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with artificial intelligence and agentic AI.
• Multiple years of large-scale automation experience.
• Project management, Lean, or Six Sigma experience.
• Background in publishing or media and entertainment, or a similar industry.
