Credit & Collections Specialist (Finance)

Location: Remote, based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Texas, USA.

hirify.global is hiring for its Finance department.

What you will do

• Process and reconcile accounts receivable and remittances.
• Post payment applications to customer accounts and resolve double payments and other discrepancies.
• Analyze the creditworthiness of new customers and recommend appropriate credit limits.
• Complete customer account setup processes and follow fraud prevention guidelines.
• Perform periodic audits of the general ledger and company financial documents.
• Engage the Collection Team as needed to resolve payment issues.

Requirements

• Professional-level verbal and written communication in English and French.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ethical and critical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to broader team objectives.
• Ability to multitask and manage time across multiple deadlines.
• Ability to function effectively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• College degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Prior B2B collections experience.

Nice to have

• Prior credit analysis experience.
