Clinical Operations Manager (AI Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the U.S.; occasional travel for team offsites and customer engagements.

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 base salary, depending on experience and role alignment, plus performance-based bonus and equity.

hirify.global is an AI healthcare company developing software and hardware for retinal and systemic condition screening, including the EyePACS teleophthalmology platform and Resolve retinal camera.

What you will do

• Own the provider network’s grading playbook, SOPs, onboarding materials, policy library, documentation governance, versioning, review cadence, and physician sign-off.
• Design and run the grader quality program, including sampling, over-read and discordance review, turnaround accountability, error-rate tracking, performance feedback, escalations, and offboarding.
• Build capacity models by state, customer, and license coverage, and set recruitment triggers ahead of turnaround breaches.
• Run the grader recruitment pipeline from sourcing through interview and recommendation, partnering on credentialing and onboarding execution.
• Own customer and grader complaint intake, triage, urgent findings workflows, escalation, closure, and issue trending.
• Prepare Medical Director decisions, partner with Product and Engineering to reduce manual work, and contribute network metrics to operational reviews and the company scorecard.

Requirements

• 5+ years in healthcare operations, including 2+ years managing a network of contracted or affiliated clinicians. Telehealth, teleradiology, or virtual care experience is strongly preferred over traditional medical group or IPA settings.
• Experience writing clinical or operational policy signed by a physician leader and maintaining it afterward.
• Experience running or materially contributing to a clinical quality, peer review, or provider performance program.
• Experience operating a clinician network under a Medical Director’s clinical oversight is preferred.
• Comfort building and reading operational dashboards and capacity models in spreadsheets or BI tools.
• Startup experience is strongly preferred, including building processes where little previously existed and demonstrating the results.
• Clear, direct written communication and comfort working with physicians as a non-clinician.
• Experience driving adoption of new processes across teams without direct reporting authority.
• Must be US-based and comfortable working remotely.

Nice to have

• Experience with credentialing, medical staff services, or multistate clinician licensing.
• Teleophthalmology experience.
• Experience participating in product discovery or operationalizing new feature launches.
