Senior Product Manager (AI Analytics Platform)

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, domain expertise, and release specifications for an Analytics Platform service area.
• Drive adoption of AI services across hirify.global application teams by identifying blockers, communicating value, and supporting integration readiness.
• Track service economics, unit costs, performance, accuracy, latency, reliability, and ease of integration.
• Engage enterprise customers as the Analytics Platform subject matter expert, including AI governance, risk, and data science stakeholders.
• Validate ideas through customer-facing prototypes, structured AI evaluation cycles, baselines, failure analysis, and iterative testing.
• Apply AI tools across discovery, synthesis, specification writing, competitive analysis, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software product management or a directly relevant role.
• Experience owning a product or service with adoption, usage, or commercial metrics and a demonstrated record of improving those metrics.
• Demonstrated experience engaging directly with enterprise customers as a technical subject matter expert, including AI governance, risk, or data science functions.
• Demonstrated experience building AI-native product prototypes with AI tools and running structured AI evaluation cycles.
• Experience producing detailed product specifications that enable downstream engineering execution with minimal back-and-forth.
• Experience with version control and basic development workflows sufficient to manage a prototype codebase, including Git, repository structure, and commit discipline.
• Experience leading and influencing teams that do not report to you in a matrixed global organization.
• Ability to grow organizational adoption, communicate service economics, and balance cost awareness with continued AI experimentation.
• Technical and commercial credibility when discussing accuracy benchmarks, integration patterns, and business value; excellent written and oral communication; strong cross-functional leadership and project management skills.
• Hands-on familiarity with LLM behavior, prompt design, output evaluation, and failure modes.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Experience with agentic AI workflows, multi-step AI orchestration, and requirements for underlying AI services.
