Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, anywhere in the United States; remote work with no on-site reporting required. New hires must have United States work authorization verified through E-Verify.

Salary: $186,000–$207,500 annual salary plus equity.

What you will do

• Own a significant product problem space and drive solutions that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Define product strategy, success metrics, priorities, and roadmaps based on impact, learning, dependencies, and technical foundations.
• Align Design, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, and senior leadership around decisions, tradeoffs, and execution.
• Lead work through discovery, prioritization, development, launch, iteration, and product-quality management.
• Establish metrics and instrumentation, and combine analytics, operational data, research, feedback, and frontline observation to guide decisions.
• Build expertise in the needs of families, clinicians, and operational teams to shape product direction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex product areas or high-impact initiatives.
• Experience defining product strategy, sequencing a roadmap, and driving measurable outcomes.
• Strong product judgment and systems thinking, with the ability to make decisions in ambiguous and complex environments.
• Comfort working closely with Engineering and Design teams using AI-enabled tools and modern development practices to prototype, iterate, and ship quickly.
• Active use of AI tools in product management workflows to improve work speed and quality.
• Curiosity, critical thinking, strong judgment, clear communication, collaboration, and the ability to challenge assumptions and adapt to new evidence.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping and driving outcomes through AI-enabled products, including workflow automation or LLM-powered capabilities.
• Experience building products spanning customer-facing and internal operational workflows.
• Working knowledge of healthcare, insurance, ABA therapy, or another regulated service environment.
