Warehouse/Internal Logistics Specialist (Continuous Improvement)

Location: Vignate, Milano, Italy; onsite work model.

Minimum annual salary: €39,000; eligible for a company productivity bonus.

What you will do

• Support the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy for the Italian regional distribution center.
• Escalate implementation roadblocks and help resolve conflicting priorities with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Align local continuous improvement practices with hirify.global’s global strategy.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost performance while meeting customer and stakeholder commitments.
• Develop and maintain training modules and toolkits, and coach teams toward operational excellence.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence roles.
• Solid experience applying PDCA, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and 5 Why/Ishikawa methodologies in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• High proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Master’s Degree in Management Engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
• Ability to communicate in English and Italian.
