Warehouse Superviseur (Logistics)

What you will do

• Analyze inbound, inventory, and outbound warehouse processes and optimize layouts, operating routes, equipment configuration, and automation tools.
• Develop inventory management strategies, monitor inventory turnover and accuracy, address slow-moving and abnormal inventory, and improve inventory health.
• Manage warehouse teams, create operating standards and training plans, and promote safe, compliant, and high-quality operations.
• Analyze timeliness, cost, and quality data, develop improvement plans, and coordinate with logistics, sales, and upstream and downstream supply chain functions.
• Build industry-specific warehouse solutions and SOPs for areas such as cold chain and bulky goods, while introducing new technologies and management models.
