3PL Delivery Operations (Logistics)

Location: Milan, Lombardy, Italy; onsite role.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations of third-party logistics delivery partners and ensure compliance with SLAs and performance metrics.
• Optimize delivery routes, reduce transit times, and improve last-mile delivery efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor and analyze delivery KPIs, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with warehousing, customer service, and supply chain teams to streamline processes and resolve delivery issues.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and develop continuous-improvement action plans with 3PL partners.
• Negotiate contracts, manage provider relationships, evaluate new partners, ensure regulatory compliance, and report delivery performance and costs to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with a strong focus on 3PL management and last-mile delivery.
• Proven experience optimizing delivery processes and achieving operational efficiencies.
• Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, trend identification, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems, such as TMS and WMS.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required.

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
