Video Education Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 USD per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Own product education strategy end-to-end and serve as the primary on-camera face of hirify.global.
• Script, shoot, and edit product education videos independently from raw footage to final cut.
• Create YouTube tutorials, product demos, and feature education content as new releases ship.
• Develop hirify.global University into a learning hub for users.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social to ensure high-quality content.
• Channel user feedback into the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• On-camera experience and strong presentation skills, with application links to on-camera work such as a reel, YouTube channel, tutorial, or talk.
• Ability to independently edit raw footage into a finished, polished video.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both first-time and advanced users.
• Fluency in the creator and content world, including how content is made and published.
• Native English proficiency.
• Experience creating content strategies and turning them into growth.
• Knowledge of cameras, microphones, lighting, and capture equipment, with the ability to confidently recommend a technical setup.
