Senior Video Producer (AI)

What you will do

• Own the day-to-day operation, upkeep, inventory, maintenance, and technical standards of the in-house video studio.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate professional cameras, multi-camera configurations, lighting, microphones, mixers, interfaces, and monitoring for interviews, podcasts, presentations, scripted video, and live events.
• Plan and run live streams for internal and external audiences on YouTube, LinkedIn, Zoom, and other platforms, managing encoding, switching, graphics, monitoring, troubleshooting, and repeatable runbooks.
• Edit long-form videos, social clips, highlight reels, and event recaps, including color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, titles, file organization, and archival workflows.
• Test and adopt AI tools for transcription, captions, clip selection, voice enhancement, background removal, and generative B-roll while maintaining production quality.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and technical partners to manage reviews, approvals, delivery dates, and production-stack decisions.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in a studio, broadcast, content production, or live events environment.
• Hands-on experience with professional camera systems such as Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, or similar, including multi-camera production.
• Strong working knowledge of audio equipment and signal flow, including dynamic, condenser, and lavalier microphones, mixers, interfaces, and DAW basics.
• Experience running live streams with OBS, StreamYard, vMix, Wirecast, or similar production software.
• Expert editing skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, with knowledge of color grading, audio post-production, and motion graphics.
• Curiosity about AI video tools; hands-on experience is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and make technical decisions under time pressure.
• Clear communication with creative, marketing, and technical partners.

Nice to have

• Lighting design experience for studio and on-location shoots.
• Teleprompter, green screen, or virtual set experience.
• Motion graphics experience in After Effects or DaVinci Fusion.
• Background in podcast production, webinar infrastructure, or broadcast news.
• Experience with Vidyard for video hosting, sharing, and tracking.
• Experience with the listed platforms is a plus; comparable tools are also relevant.
