Video Producer

Location: Remote, San Francisco, CA; fully remote and globally distributed, with required in-person street-style content production and on-location shoots. Candidates must live in San Francisco or be willing to relocate.

What you will do

• Create video ideas, write scripts, project-manage production, shoot, book crew, and edit.
• Work in person with short-form DevRel on street-style content and on-location shoots.
• Manage schedules, shoots, files, approvals, and other production details.
• Publish content across YouTube, TikTok, Reels, and X.
• Use performance data to shape future video ideas.

Requirements

• Be a scrappy, high-agency person who gets work finished and follows up independently.
• Live in San Francisco or be willing to relocate.
• Have a portfolio and real experience producing short-form or long-form video.
• Have hands-on camera, audio, and video-editing skills.
• Be organized and detail-oriented.
• Be interested in AI coding tools and the developer world; technical expertise is not required.
