What you will do

• Support clinical operational strategy by querying, aggregating, and analyzing clinical trial operations data with Python and SQL.
• Collaborate with clinical study teams to understand analytics needs and deliver tailored results with minimal oversight.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance models, tools, and visualizations for ongoing and planned clinical trials.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout analytical work.
• Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, engineering, computer science, statistics, machine learning, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience supporting the operational feasibility, design, and analytics of clinical trial operations.
• Required experience supporting clinical trial initiatives and providing insights used in clinical trial decision-making.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data querying, aggregation, and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to work with clinical study teams, understand their needs, and deliver results.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including analyzing complex datasets and deriving actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills for presenting data-driven findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to write emails summarizing key KPIs or insights and prepare slides summarizing analytical results.

• Cloud experience, such as AWS or Databricks.
