Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Location: Hybrid, based in the Mexico City office, Mexico.

What you will do

• Perform monthly variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-year results, communicating drivers, risks, and opportunities to business leaders.
• Support annual operating plans, monthly forecasting, budgeting, consolidation, validation, and reporting.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial and operational reports, analyses, performance metrics, management reporting packages, and executive presentations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualizations using SAP, BPC/EPM, Power BI, Tableau, and related systems.
• Partner with finance and business teams to identify trends, improve processes, and support business performance.
• Support finance transformation, systems implementation, and process improvement initiatives through analysis, documentation, testing, and project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or a related area.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced written and verbal English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, BPC/EPM, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and planning tools.
