Manager IFE Operations (UAE Nationals)

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; onsite. UAE nationality required.

What you will do

• Manage daily IFEC operations and logistics, including media and software updates, headset logistics, stock, and print collateral supply.
• Create and implement SOPs and manuals aligned with best practices and corporate governance.
• Manage IFEC vendors, contracted SLAs, technical issue resolution, contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and goods received notices.
• Control operational budgets and produce weekly and monthly financial, technical, stock, usage, and performance reports.
• Support new IFEC product initiatives through testing, rollout, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.
• Research and benchmark IFEC products, support tender documentation and business cases, and coordinate training for cabin crew.

Requirements

• UAE nationality.
• At least five years of experience in in-flight entertainment and connectivity, either with an airline or an IFE supplier/vendor.
• Experience working in cross-cultural environments.
• Ability to manage vendors, contracts, budgets, operational reporting, supply chains, and technical issue resolution.
• Ability to coordinate IFEC testing, product rollouts, training requirements, and stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

• Media experience.
• Experience with overseas travel, industry expos, or conferences.
