What you will do

• Map operational workflows through data analysis and on-site observations to identify cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement projects across logistics, warehousing, sorting, and transportation using Lean methodologies.
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs to measure financial and operational project impact.
• Create and maintain process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures, and operational policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and new operating plans.
• Track industry trends and adopt emerging technologies and operational solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
• Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills for collecting, interpreting, and evaluating operational data.
• Ability to plan, manage, and execute improvement initiatives from initiation to completion.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, Lean production, or process improvement is advantageous.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and pressure-management skills.
