Lean Improvement Specialist (Logistics)

What you will do

• Map operational workflows and use data analysis and on-site observations to identify cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement projects across logistics, warehousing, sorting, and transportation using Lean methodologies.
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs to measure the financial and operational impact of improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and operational policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change management and new process plans.
• Track industry trends and adopt emerging technologies and innovative operational solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
• Good understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies for resolving operational issues.
• Strong analytical skills for collecting and interpreting operational data and measuring project results.
• Ability to plan, manage, and execute improvement initiatives from initiation to completion.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Good spoken and written English skills.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, Lean production, or process improvement.
