Sr. Specialist Fleet

What you will do

• Provide hands-on operational support for last-mile implementations across outbound, inbound, and reverse logistics.
• Monitor fleet KPIs including delivery speed, cancellation rates, unit economics, and star ratings, and report performance to management.
• Manage a team supporting riders and track daily driver and fleet performance.
• Identify and implement tools, technologies, and processes to improve fleet efficiency and operational performance.
• Plan store and regional launches, maintain optimum driver supply, and coordinate seasonal peak and off-peak requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and 3PL providers, while mentoring new team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
• At least 3–4 years of experience in fleet roles, including at least 2 years in fleet management.
• Proven experience managing a fleet of drivers or logistics teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for managing and analyzing large datasets covering vehicle performance, driver behavior, and costs.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Familiarity with lean economics.
