2027 Graduate - Consulting Rotational Programme Analyst - London

Location: Hybrid, based at the London Victoria office, with a minimum of two days per week in the office or on a client site; assignments may require up to five days per week on a client site.

Salary: £32,500 per year, plus an additional £3,500 transport allowance.

What you will do

• Complete an 18-month Graduate Consulting Rotational Programme across multiple consulting capabilities.
• Contribute to large-scale transformation programmes, market-leading strategies, and complex client initiatives.
• Research projects, analyze findings, and deliver recommendations.
• Visit clients and represent hirify.global alongside consulting teams.
• Apply problem-solving skills, consulting techniques, tools, and methodologies across client projects and internal initiatives.
• Collaborate with consultants, share ideas, and develop through mentoring, training, and peer support.
