What you will do

• Partner with Account Managers and go-to-market teams to align account strategies, drive product adoption, support renewals, and contribute to commercial outcomes.
• Use internal data tools to monitor client engagement, identify opportunities to demonstrate value, and detect early churn risks.
• Discover and develop financial-services use cases based on clients' research workflows, pain points, and evolving needs.
• Build trusted relationships with investment professionals across asset management, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds.
• Conduct client evaluations through workshops, whiteboard sessions, and multi-call demonstrations, explaining technical solutions to business audiences.
• Distill client feedback into product and content improvement requests and share it with go-to-market, Product, and Content teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of front-office investment banking experience across at least one product area, with a solid grounding in capital markets and client-facing deal execution.
• High aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex technical solutions to business-oriented audiences.
• Effective attention to detail, time management, and task prioritization under pressure.
• Ability and interest to work autonomously and contribute to a dynamic, entrepreneurial team culture.
• Empathetic, curious-minded, client-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build internal stakeholder relationships and collaborate effectively with go-to-market, Product, and Content teams.
• Interest in the application of generative AI to financial services and knowledge of the competitive GenAI landscape in the sector.
