What you will do

• Manage the branch and lead sales, service, operations, security, risk, and regulatory activities.
• Lead the team in achieving production goals, delivering customer service, and resolving customer issues.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and refer customers to relevant banking partners.
• Drive customer acquisition, relationship deepening, business development, calling programs, and community relationships.
• Coach colleagues on products, services, technology, policies, processes, and performance.
• Oversee recruitment and hiring, staffing, internal partnerships, and resources for the assigned market.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role, or a bachelor's degree.
• Ability to satisfy additional background-check requirements, including fingerprinting under NMLS regulations.
• Knowledge or demonstrated acumen in banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, sales leadership, customer service, process management, coaching, colleague development, communication, and presentation.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and previous management experience.
• Ability to lead branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance across branch and digital channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with mobile services and online banking technology.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Ability to develop, influence, inspire, and motivate colleagues to improve retention.
