What you will do

• Design and orchestrate AI-powered workflows and autonomous agent experiences, combining AI agents with workflow and automation technologies where appropriate.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Corporate Functions to identify high-value opportunities and translate business challenges into agentic and automation solutions.
• Create agent blueprints, workflow designs, structured requirements, and success metrics for scalable AI and automation solutions.
• Lead AI discovery workshops, map complex cross-functional processes, and identify opportunities for AI agents, automation, augmentation, and productivity gains.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, automation tools, and agent frameworks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, process design, solution design, or a related role.
• Experience analysing complex business processes and translating them into structured requirements, workflows, or technology solutions.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, including direct work with senior business and technology leaders.
• Strong experience with AI agents, automation, workflow platforms, RPA, or other process automation technologies.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
