GTM Systems and AI Automation Specialist (AI)

Location: London, UK; hybrid, with office collaboration three days per week for most roles. Work-from-anywhere is available for up to 10 days per year.

What you will do

• Design, build, deploy, monitor, and iterate AI-powered GTM workflows for lead research, CRM enrichment, call analysis, personalised outreach, and lifecycle automation.
• Connect Salesforce and other tools using webhooks, middleware, scripts, APIs, and custom integrations.
• Turn cross-functional processes across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Data, and Finance into reliable automated systems.
• Prototype and test ideas, measure results, and scale solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Use LLMs, agentic workflows, MCP builds, prompt design, and evals to build production-ready systems.
• Document solutions, support GTM adoption, mentor colleagues, evaluate tools, and make build-versus-buy recommendations while maintaining system reliability.

Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience in RevOps, GTM Systems, or Sales Operations within enterprise technology, ideally in a structured qualification environment such as MEDDPICC.
• Knowledge of CRM data models, object relationships, data quality, and reporting architecture.
• Experience building systems and workflows used by internal sales, marketing, or Customer Success teams.
• Demonstrated experience shipping workflows, automations, integrations, or tools that improved a real business metric.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems, read API documentation, handle authentication and rate limits, and parse JSON.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, prompt design, and evals for production systems.
• Ability to work across low-code tools and code, including orchestration tools, Salesforce Flows, Python, JavaScript, SOQL, or SQL.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical builds, interview users, and explain solutions clearly.
• Ability to move quickly while building maintainable systems rather than temporary fixes.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience or deep expertise in a comparable enterprise CRM. Certifications are welcome but not required.

Nice to have

• Experience with GTM tools such as Gong, LeanData, Lusha, Cognism, Clay, Floqer, Zapier, Tableau, Snowflake, Guru, or equivalents.
• AI experimentation outside the day job, including side projects or personal builds.
