Salesforce Technical Lead

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions with Agentforce across multi-cloud environments.
• Define end-to-end architecture using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Flow, Salesforce APIs, enterprise integration patterns, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and Salesforce Lightning UI frameworks.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, solution scoping, stakeholder workshops, roadmaps, and technical design reviews.
• Design secure solutions aligned with HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, Salesforce Shield, encryption, access control, and data protection standards.
• Guide teams through estimation, planning, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, release management, and post-go-live support.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and hands-on development while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with distributed teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 2+ years in a Technical Lead role.
• End-to-end Salesforce implementation experience covering architecture, configuration, customization, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Ability to lead design workshops and communicate solution options to business and technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Data Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Flow.
• Experience with Apex, JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, and TypeScript for Salesforce UI and integration.
• Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Experience implementing CPQ and DocuSign solutions, including configuration and process automation.
• Working knowledge of SSO, MFA, and Salesforce Shield for security, data protection, and compliance.
• Experience with release management, source control, and deployment using ANT, Salesforce Metadata API, Jenkins, and SVN.
• Ability to assess system landscapes, identify gaps, and define practical, scalable solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and technical documentation including design documents, security workbooks, and data dictionaries.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, AI-enabled workflow automation, Mulesoft, and GenAI use cases.
• Experience integrating AI-powered solutions with Salesforce CRM, external systems, and business workflows.
• Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI use in enterprise Salesforce implementations.
