What you will do

• Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions for agent productivity and customer support.
• Develop custom business logic and reusable user interfaces with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Build OmniScripts and Integration Procedures to streamline business processes, data flow, and end-to-end automation.
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and architecture teams on scalable technical solutions.
• Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain Salesforce development standards.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, documentation, and mentorship.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent software engineering and Salesforce development foundation.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong Apex expertise, including triggers, classes, asynchronous processing, and scalable business logic.
• Proficiency with Lightning Web Components, Salesforce configuration, automation, Flows, validation rules, layouts, and dashboards.
• Experience with OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, data modeling, and backend integrations.
• Must have the right to work in the United States and must not require current or future employment-based visa or work authorization sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Einstein features or Agentforce tools.
• Knowledge of Dynatrace monitoring tools.
