Company

hirify.global develops integrated quantum computing, networking, sensing, and security solutions, including quantum computers and related control electronics.

What you will do

  • Drive control-electronics workstreams across hardware, gateware, firmware, and test, owning schedules, resources, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Build and maintain integrated development plans and schedules, challenge estimates, and surface technical and delivery risks early.
  • Coordinate procurement, materials management, suppliers, orders, parts, and boards, including long-lead and obsolete component issues.
  • Drive cross-functional execution with physics, systems, embedded software, NPI, and production teams, taking issues to closure through mitigation plans.
  • Establish programme cadences, dashboards, status updates, decision logs, and executive reporting.
  • Represent programme progress in meetings and support engineers by handling planning and logistics.

Requirements

  • Technical programme management experience delivering complex electronics hardware programmes from development into production.
  • Experience across the full hardware lifecycle, including requirements, design, fabrication, bring-up, revision, production, firmware, and lower-level testing.
  • Working knowledge of firmware, gateware, or RTL development and lower-level hardware test.
  • Degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field.
  • Ability to work effectively with physicists and engineers and translate progress, risks, and trade-offs into decision-ready reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify inconsistencies in complex data, manage procurement and tracking details, and coordinate technical discussions with appropriate specialists.
  • Hands-on experience managing procurement, component sourcing, and supplier issues for prototype or low-volume builds.
  • Fluency with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and GitHub.
  • For US technical jobs, eligibility as a US Person or the ability to obtain the required export-control authorization or license exception is required; government-contract work may require US Person status.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field.

Culture & Benefits

  • Autonomy, productivity, respect, and an inclusive work environment.
  • Medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Matching 401(k), unlimited paid time off, and paid holidays.
  • Parental and adoption leave, legal insurance, and a home technology stipend.
  • Bonus and equity as part of the total compensation package.
