Senior Safety Manager (Construction)

What you will do

• Implement, assess, and monitor risk control measures across large-scale construction projects.
• Attend key meetings, monitor progress, raise issues, and collaborate on solving project problems.
• Provide visible onsite safety leadership through day-to-day health and safety management and safety auditing.
• Create and implement project safety strategies and procedures while engaging project partners.
• Ensure contractors establish, implement, and monitor exemplary safety practices and procedures.
• Maintain health and safety management systems and assess incidents, findings, corrective actions, and preventive measures.

Requirements

• Excellent safety experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in a related construction or safety discipline.
• Chartered status or active progress toward completing chartership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and friendly team environment.
