Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: Jersey City, NJ, United States; onsite role at One Pershing Plaza.

Base salary: $83,000–$190,000 per year.

What you will do

• Build, test, integrate, and maintain scalable client-side and server-side software for the Global Clearance team.
• Develop full-stack applications using AI coding assistants such as Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor; craft prompts, evaluate generated output, and integrate production-ready code.
• Translate business requirements into code through prompt engineering, rapid prototyping, output evaluation, and iterative releases.
• Facilitate technical discussions, oversee development work, and promote engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams through Agile ceremonies and program-level delivery.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers while fostering continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline preferred.
• At least 5 years of full-stack technical experience.
• 5+ years of Java, Spring Boot, and REST development experience, including microservices and event-driven architecture implementation.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• 2+ years of test automation development using Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber, or similar tools.
• 2+ years of Oracle database experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Sprint or Kanban.
• Experience developing code using AI prompting and evaluating AI-generated output.
• Hands-on experience with release management and CI/CD deployment workflows from development release through production deployment.
• Strong technical and communication skills.

• Experience with Test-Driven Development.
