Partner Sourcing (Talent Services)

Location: Bogotá, Colombia; hybrid work with flexible policies including up to 50% remote work.

What you will do

• Build talent pipelines for technical, specialized, and key regional roles by identifying target candidates through social media, professional networks, job boards, and other channels.
• Source and engage qualified candidates for HUB hiring needs, maintaining healthy and active talent pipelines.
• Create engaging recruitment emails and act as an initial point of contact for prospective candidates.
• Partner with TA Partners, the TA Lead, recruiters, and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Support relationships with staffing agencies, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
• Provide guidance to recruiters and hiring managers when engaging with prospective candidates.

Requirements

• Significant experience in talent acquisition sourcing in Colombia, with a strong understanding of local employment-market dynamics.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and social media networks.
• Experience working with a global Center of Excellence and driving standardization across multiple locations.
• Exceptional experience sourcing pharma profiles.
• Ability to engage talent and maintain candidate relationships.
• Strong communication, candidate-management, stakeholder-management, negotiation, search, and sourcing skills.
• Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems and HR information systems.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• English and Spanish language skills.
