AI Process Engineer

Location: Cebu, Philippines; fully remote, long-term work from home.

What you will do

• Work with recruitment, accounting, sales, administration, executive assistants, and other internal departments to map current processes and identify repetitive, manual, or error-prone work.
• Design, build, and deploy AI automations and workflows using Claude Cowork, custom skills, and integrations with existing systems.
• Coach executive assistants individually on using AI for inboxes, calendars, documents, research, and follow-ups.
• Measure automation impact through hours saved, errors reduced, and turnaround time, and report results clearly.
• Document workflows, train users to operate them independently, and continuously improve automations as processes change.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or business analysis in back-office functions such as HR, finance, sales operations, or shared services.
• Hands-on experience building and delivering AI workflows and automations, with examples of completed work.
• Strong process-mapping skills.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, APIs, and no-code tools.
• Excellent communication and patient coaching skills, with the ability to build trust with non-technical staff and drive adoption of new ways of working.

Nice to have

• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
• Basic scripting skills in Python or a similar language.
• Experience working with Claude Cowork.
