Product Manager (AI Platform)

hirify.global is developing a multi-layer AI platform covering speech, agents, guardrails, and evals.

What you will do

• Own platform strategy, priorities, and roadmap across multiple teams, turning competing requests into a ranked plan with clear goals.
• Align stakeholders across departments on trade-offs and maintain focus on the highest-priority work.
• Run several teams or product areas and contribute hands-on where needed.
• Define and track platform metrics including business results, reliability and quality, SLA, time to deploy a new agent, and delivery effort per client.
• Work with engineering on agent architecture, speech, guardrails, and evals, shaping requirements and participating in technical discussions.
• Decide which platform capabilities should develop into standalone products and establish the product process and team structure as the platform scales.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a product manager for platform, infrastructure, or AI platform products.
• High autonomy, including driving discussions, building processes around goals, and identifying the next strategic question independently.
• Strong cross-functional prioritization skills, including converting ambiguity into goals, priorities, and a roadmap and aligning stakeholders around prioritization frameworks.
• Experience owning a portfolio of two or more products or teams concurrently.
• Working knowledge of AI agent development, including orchestration, routing, intent detection, ReAct-style reasoning, RAG, and evaluations.
• Clear written and spoken communication with executives, engineers, and commercial teams.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Direct experience managing other product managers.
• Hands-on experience with voice or speech AI products.
• Experience with developer-facing products such as APIs, SDKs, and usage-based pricing.
• Experience in enterprise B2B or regulated industries.
