Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager (AI Agent)

Location: Hybrid in New York or San Francisco, United States; remote within the United States.

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 base salary per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for the technical layer of the AI Agent platform, including Conductor, the hirify.global CLI, APIs, and integrations.
• Develop technical buyer narratives and pitches for CIOs, CTOs, VP Engineering leaders, developers, and digital transformation audiences using primary research.
• Enable sales and solutions teams through training, plays, discovery guidance, objection handling, and technical demos.
• Lead AI Agent product launches from narrative design and asset creation through field enablement, measurement, and iteration.
• Create technical content across guides, blog posts, pitch decks, videos, benchmarks, and customer stories to generate demand and advance deals.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships on products, training, events, community programs, roadmap prioritization, and competitive differentiation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product marketing or solutions marketing experience, including experience marketing to technical buyers, developers, or engineers.
• Deep understanding of AI agents, confidence demoing new features, and ability to handle technical objections involving evals, context windows, and guardrails.
• Proven experience owning positioning and messaging for a platform, API, or developer-facing product.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional launches from strategy through execution.
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and executives.
• Strong research and analytical instincts, with the judgment to turn customer and competitive input into a clear point of view.
• Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously and apply the appropriate level of effort to each.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and speed, with a bias toward building rather than waiting for a brief.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing AI/ML, LLM, or agent infrastructure products.
• Experience launching a developer platform, developer ecosystem, or technology partner program.
• Contact center, customer experience, or CCaaS domain knowledge.
• Hands-on experience building with agent frameworks or comfort writing light code.
• Experience creating a technical certification, academy, or curriculum program.
• Experience at a hypergrowth startup competing against a better-known incumbent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
