HR Director (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead HR strategy and execution across the North America Industrial & Construction business, supporting multiple locations and a diverse employee population.
• Partner with senior leaders across operations, commercial, finance, IT, supply chain, R&D, and other functions to align people strategies with business priorities and growth plans.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, talent development, succession planning, and offboarding.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, organizational effectiveness, change management, and people-related decisions.
• Use workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and drive consistent HR practices across locations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing HR team while supporting compensation, talent, performance, and other enterprise HR programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including experience leading and developing an HR team.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or a similar operational environment.
• Strong business partnership skills.
