What you will do

• Identify, support, and consult on organizational development and change management initiatives with HR leaders.
• Develop and embed talent strategies that support diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
• Work with centers of excellence and HR business partners to deliver people metrics and ensure compliance with HR programs.
• Support the development, design, and execution of corporate HR programs and projects.
• Manage the employee lifecycle by identifying trends, process gaps, capabilities, and efficiency improvements.
• Perform data analysis for the Japan business and manage employee-relations matters in line with Japanese laws.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience delivering in a global, high-growth, changing environment within high technology.
• Leadership presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Experience working collaboratively in a matrixed environment with measurable business impact.
• Ability to address difficult issues and make tough decisions.
• Experience managing change, shaping culture, influencing leadership, developing talent, managing risk, and ensuring compliance.
• Experience supporting functional programs as applicable and appropriate.
