Program Manager 2, Designer Operations (Apparel)

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, WA, US; onsite at the hirify.global Seattle office at least 4 days per week is required.

Salary: $93,500–$155,000 annual.

What you will do

• Manage operational transformation and execution excellence for hirify.global Made’s strategic design initiatives, working directly with the VP of Design.
• Drive foundational process improvements and help leadership understand calendar and process efficiencies across functional areas.
• Identify opportunities for greater efficiency, documented processes, and stronger design execution.
• Find creative solutions to business problems while maintaining well-managed project delivery.
• Collaborate with Design leadership and team members to optimize system and process utilization.
• Create structure, prioritization, and clear communication across multiple projects while facilitating effective business decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in apparel product design.
• 3+ years of experience in successful project delivery.
• 3+ years of experience in project/program management and/or process evolution is preferred.
• 1+ year of experience with FlexPLM is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Track record of driving results under difficult circumstances and building trust through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
• Customer-focused mindset, willingness to address difficult organizational issues and deliver challenging messages directly, and commitment to ongoing self-development.
• Ability to organize and communicate complex information clearly and simply to drive action and adapt proactively to changing demands.
