Finance Sr. Data Analyst - PSO COE

Location: Belgrade, Serbia (hybrid, K2 Campus office)

What you will do

• Extract, cleanse, transform, and validate data from multiple systems for accurate and decision-ready finance reporting.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, exceptions, risks, and opportunities, then provide clear insights and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and DAX measures for management reporting and finance reviews.
• Use SQL, Python, Power Query, and Excel to automate recurring workflows, reconciliations, and reporting processes.
• Support month-end close, forecasting, planning, and other finance cycles with timely, validated data and analysis.
• Partner with finance, operations, and system owners to clarify requirements, document logic, and maintain repeatable reporting controls.

Requirements

• Ability to interpret complex data, perform variance and trend analysis, identify root causes, and present concise recommendations.
• Advanced skills in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, Python, and Excel, including experience building reusable dashboards, reports, and automated workflows.
• Understanding of financial reporting cycles, data quality, confidentiality, documentation, and reporting controls.
• Ability to gather requirements, manage priorities, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience delivering data analysis, dashboards, automation, and recurring reporting in a business or finance environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work accurately with complex datasets.
• Collaborative and improvement-focused mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities during time-sensitive finance cycles.
