Global Governance Operations Leader

Location: Remote work is possible if located in Panama; otherwise, the role follows an onsite model requiring at least four days per week at the hirify.global Center in Maplewood, Minnesota. Travel may include up to 20% domestic and international travel. Relocation is not authorized.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day market-to-order governance decisions.
• Transform business group-driven price waterfall strategy and guardrails for margin and growth management.
• Lead governance processes and systems for evidence collection, margin impact visibility, required approvals, and SOX compliance.
• Communicate governance outcomes and margin impacts to executive and finance teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, globalization, and standardization in market-to-order processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least five years of experience in pricing operations, incentive program management, and/or operations in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate analysis into actionable governance recommendations.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, including the ability to balance business requests with compliance, process, and financial considerations.
• Process management capability.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business, marketing, operations, or supply chain from an accredited institution.
• Certified Pricing Professional certification.
• Five years of experience in pricing, incentive programs, and/or operations in a private, public, government, or military environment.
