Operations Advisor - Complex Loans Administration - Midland (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Overland Park, Kansas, United States; based within the hirify.global Midland footprint. Remote work may be available in select geographic locations with approval, subject to occasional in-office participation and a secure, confidential home workspace.

What you will do

• Service a complex commercial real estate portfolio with active cash management activities.
• Support critical operational services, processes, capabilities, and initiatives while meeting performance and risk indicators.
• Establish and monitor process performance measurements, business impact, statistics, and reports for internal stakeholders and senior management.
• Monitor production workflows, assist with escalated process issues, independently resolve exceptions, and serve as a point of escalation.
• Drive production and process efficiency improvements and change initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to servicing agreements, loan documents, policies, procedures, regulatory standards, and risk mitigation requirements.

Requirements

• University or college degree, typically a bachelor's degree; a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge and ability in operational functions, process management, standard operating procedures, and products and services.
• Accuracy and attention to detail, decision-making and critical thinking, problem-solving, effective communication, consulting, and managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to maintain accountability, focus on customer solutions, demonstrate personal initiative, deliver results, ensure compliance, and apply risk mitigation strategies.
• No required certifications or licenses.
• No required or preferred language assessments.
