Product Engineer (AI)

Location: Fully remote with no location restrictions; listed location is Poland — remote, any location.

Salary: PLN 10,000–16,000 net/month for Medior and PLN 16,000–24,000 net/month for Senior, B2B.

What you will do

• Work directly with clients from early discovery through delivery, understanding problems and owning outcomes.
• Build end-to-end, backend-heavy solutions across the stack and handle frontend tasks when needed.
• Use AI tools daily for coding, QA, architecture decisions, and other engineering work.
• Build AI-powered features and integrations, including agents, LLM-based workflows, and RAG systems.
• Help clients understand practical AI possibilities and shape solutions beyond their initial requirements.

Requirements

• Strong backend engineering experience with Java, .NET, PHP, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar, into at least one real project.
• Ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders and lead technical conversations independently.
• Full-stack capability with strong backend skills and the ability to handle frontend tasks.
• Confident written and spoken English and Polish.

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic systems, RAG pipelines, or AI-powered automations.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and context design.
• Consulting or product mindset and experience working with initially undefined problems.
