Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

What you will do

• Coordinate business and financial planning, including short- and long-term financial forecasting.
• Support the annual budgeting and capital expenditure processes.
• Facilitate the Daily Operating Report.
• Assess and communicate financial and operating results to managers, executives, and department heads at corporate and property levels.
• Develop financial and operating metrics to support management decision-making.
• Provide centralized accounting, treasury, financial planning, and tax support to Seminole Gaming under the Support Services Agreement and applicable internal control standards, laws, regulations, and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Data Analysis, or another quantitative field.
• An advanced master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Proven experience in a quantitatively focused role.
• Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and independent-working skills.
• Ability to articulate complex issues clearly and effectively and work comfortably with ambiguity.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions, including PowerPivot, Power Query, macros, pivot tables, lookup functions, and workbook protection.
• Experience with Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning for budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting.
