Finance Analyst II - Wafer Operations (Manufacturing)

Location: Bloomington, Minnesota, United States; hybrid with 3 days on-site in the office. Travel up to 10%.

Salary: $66,700–$95,400 annual base salary.

What you will do

• Prepare and analyze financial reporting for weekly operational routines, monthly results, annual planning, and longer-range planning.
• Prepare and present financial findings to leaders and business partners.
• Support product costing through methodology development, financial modeling, and sensitivity analysis.
• Complete physical asset inventories and support asset lifecycle management, including Capital SOX compliance.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and planning; monitor operational and financial metrics and identify follow-up items.
• Gather data with cross-functional teams, support accurate reporting, improve processes, and complete ad-hoc analyses and special projects.

Requirements

• At least two years of related experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, finance operations, or a similar role, or equivalent experience.
• Working proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools such as ERP or data visualization software.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting and basic accounting principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly.
• Ability to work independently on routine assignments with general guidance and collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree, relevant coursework, or professional certification.
• Experience with SAP and Power BI or similar reporting software.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows.
• Experience in manufacturing or a high-tech industry.
• Experience collaborating with teams across different time zones in a global environment.
