Finance Manager - Commercial Planning & Analysis

What you will do

• Lead financial analysis, reporting, executive insights, performance metrics, scorecards, and commentary for commercial decision-making.
• Lead annual planning, long-range financial modeling, forecasting, and cross-functional assumption alignment.
• Identify business risks, opportunities, and performance drivers and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Design and improve forecasting, reporting, systems, and data processes to increase accuracy, efficiency, and decision support.
• Partner with FP&A and IT on system, reporting, and data enhancement initiatives, including testing, validation, and continuous improvement.
• Lead organizational change, high-priority projects, and special initiatives by providing structure, problem-solving, and execution support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 7+ years of finance leadership experience, including 2+ years interacting with executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Ability to analyze complex business issues, identify insights, evaluate alternatives, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Advanced analytical capabilities and strong proficiency in Excel, financial systems, and planning tools such as Oracle EPM.
• Results-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and ability to work in ambiguous or changing environments.
