Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Owings Mills, Maryland, United States; hybrid work with up to three days per week from home.

Base salary: $183,685–$206,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and skills.

What you will do

• Analyze, design, develop, unit test, and support custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Translate business requirements into working Salesforce software across the full software development lifecycle.
• Implement solutions according to technical standards, coding practices, and design patterns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Experience analyzing and translating business requirements into technical solutions using Salesforce declarative tools, including Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Case Routing.
• Programmatic development experience with Apex, SOQL, Triggers, Lightning components including Aura and Web Components, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
