Product Manager - Digital Printing Systems

Location: Ness Ziona, Center District, Israel; onsite role. Relocation is not offered.

What you will do

• Lead strategic product and investment decisions using customer, market, and competitive insights.
• Build business cases, evaluate trade-offs, and set roadmap priorities for a complex digital printing platform.
• Lead delivery across research and development, engineering, finance, operations, service, marketing, and sales from requirements through development, validation, customer trials, launch, and ongoing support.
• Drive product differentiation, productivity, equipment utilization, and cost efficiency.
• Use product performance data and customer feedback to prioritize improvements and maximize customer value.
• Partner with marketing and sales to expand market opportunities and drive customer adoption.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience with complex, multidisciplinary, hardware-based technology products.
• Experience with industrial equipment or integrated hardware-and-software products, new product launches, or the printing industry.
• Experience in market sizing, company profit-and-loss analysis, and global sales and marketing partnerships.
• Deep technical understanding, strong analytical skills, and customer insight in competitive business-to-business markets.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, including collaboration across multiple functions, stakeholder alignment, influence without direct authority, creative and critical thinking, and sound judgment.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to management, customers, and global teams.
• Relevant education in product management, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Engineering degree.
• Master of Business Administration, particularly in marketing, strategy, or entrepreneurship.
