Senior Product Manager (B2B SaaS)

What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Translate complex business challenges and operational workflows into intuitive, scalable product experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Support to deliver a connected hirify.global Pro experience.
• Write PRDs, manage backlogs, lead planning, and ship features that improve Pro efficiency and retention.
• Define and track core performance metrics with the Data Science team.
• Work directly with Product Design and Pros to simplify complex, multi-step processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience owning complex, multi-step B2B SaaS workflows.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and Support to drive complex initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to use quantitative data and product analytics to optimize user journeys and system performance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to collaborate with global development teams and international customers.

Nice to have

• Experience building SMB business management software, including CRM, project management, financial, or operations tools.
• Familiarity with home construction, remodeling, design, or trade business operations.
