Senior Product Manager, Privileged Access Management (PAM) Self-Hosted (Idira)

Location: Petah Tikva, Israel; full-time office work is expected, with flexibility when needed.

What you will do

• Define and communicate the strategic product vision and long-term roadmap for the self-hosted PAM platform.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business-case development to guide product innovation.
• Engage directly with large global enterprises to gather feedback and support customer satisfaction and expansion.
• Lead outbound business activities and collaborate with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategies.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Master Features, including requirements, prioritization, and technical breakdown.
• Partner with Engineering Managers on backlogs, delivery velocity, technical excellence, release notes, security bulletins, maintenance announcements, and post-delivery feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a customer-facing technical role, ideally in enterprise IT or information security.
• Deep understanding of complex systems, Windows and Linux internals, and modern software development lifecycles.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with strong tactical execution.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills for translating high-level strategy into squad requirements.

Nice to have

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on development experience.
