Drug & Occupational Health Screening Specialist

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States; expected to work from the office 3+ days a week. A relocation stipend may be available for relocation to a hirify.global hub.

Salary: $43,000–$54,000 USD per year in Nashville, TN.

What you will do

• Manage an assigned queue of at-risk drug and occupational health screening reports.
• Notify customers about canceled reports, turnaround-time breaches, and other at-risk statuses.
• Coordinate directly with clinics to resolve stalled results and missing documentation.
• Send scheduling and status updates to candidates for defined outreach triggers.
• Use judgment to resolve cases outside standard operating procedures and document outcomes.
• Identify recurring failure points and flag process gaps to the broader program.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, vendor-facing, or coordination-heavy role.
• Comfort with extended phone-based communication and persistent follow-up.
• HIPAA awareness and sound judgment when sharing or requesting PII and PHI in clinic conversations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working through ambiguity.
• Experience identifying patterns and escalating recurring issues.
• Availability to work from the Nashville office 3+ days per week.
