Senior Analyst Relations Manager

Location: Santa Clara, California; primarily in-office at the Santa Clara office.

Annual base salary: $182,000–$273,000 USD. The role may also be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Build and execute proactive analyst outreach programs across Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Omdia, and other major analyst firms.
• Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for Gartner Magic Quadrants, IDC MarketScapes, Forrester Waves, and similar industry evaluations.
• Partner with executive spokespeople, product leaders, and marketing teams to translate analyst research into product roadmap, competitive positioning, and sales enablement insights.
• Prepare C-suite and product leaders for analyst briefings and advisory sessions.
• Collaborate with analyst firms on customer programs and research content.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end evaluation submissions, including Magic Quadrants, Waves, or MarketScapes.
• Experience building trusted partnerships with major analyst firms in the enterprise technology sector.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts and analyst research into executive-level briefings, compelling stories, and strategic business insights.
• Strong experience managing multi-stakeholder programs in fast-paced environments and delivering high-impact results against tight timelines.
• Ability and willingness to work from the Santa Clara office in a primarily in-office environment, except during PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
